RETURN POLICY

Please email our team at rosewaterfan@gmail.com to get a return authorization number. You will need to put your return authorization number on your package or it will not be accepted. Once we receive it, you will get an in-store credit towards new clothing. All returned items will be credited to customers account with an in-store credit only. We do charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are being returned and $10 for any shoes returned (must be approved). The remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account in form of in-store credit only. 
- Shipping is not refunded.


-No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:

  • Mystery items
  • Cosmetics and Accessories
  • Home Decor items
  • Jewelry 
  • Sunglasses
  • Items in $15 or less (Discounted items) Section
  • Food items
  • Any Discounted items

Each item returned will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee. 

Customers that return 10% or more of their purchase will be limited on returns allowed.
